The key pickup is a headache beside that the apartment is nice and in a great location!

The location of the apartment is great! Near public transportations- metro station, buses etc. and not far of a ride from central town. The apartment was clean, renovated and had the kitchen that we needed. we enjoyed the apartment and our stay!

The key pickup place is a big and significant disadvantage!! Its is not close to the apartment and you need to take it by account! Especially if you arrive at night. Also, the water heater is inside the bedroom so every time you turn on the water it makes noises.

Cozy but missing on some important points

The bathroom was great! Clean and well designed + built. Hot water was always available and the shower felt luxurious and was working well. The heating was very good (again, covering the main heating element with curtains was a poor design decision, but otherwise works well when fixed)

I understand there is a small note at the bottom of the booking page about the distance between the apartment and the check-in office but still it is a major inconvenience if you have luggage. There has to be a more apparent notice and a better way of handling the check in process (e.g. Call a stuff member 15 min before your arrival and meet at the apartment), of course, given the price tag. The interior design is cozy but some materials used are not appropriate for hotels! The bed was surrounded by fabric cushions all the way till the wall, you literally had to walk on them to go to bed, which are probably, or at least they looked like, cleaned once a year, if at all.

A value for money stay in aurellia apartments

It was a really nice place with a reasonable sized kitchen . It had a modern look with a very good heating system ( Gas powered ). Location is pretty decent since there are buss and metro stations near by making it easy to get to the center of the city .

The place wasn't clean enough when we first got in there . Towels and bet sheets weren't white but greyish which was the major issue . Shower shampoo was empty before we even get to use it plus there was no trash can to throw the tissues in the shower area . These are minor details that made this a non 8-9 rated place . Also the locking mechanism from the front door of the apartment was difficult to use and didn't look safe at all making us insecure about our own safety. We were not informed that the apartment would get cleaned throughout the day and the cleaning lady got in the apartments in inappropriate hours ( 4-5 o'clock when guests might be inside ) . Last but not least although we were informed that we would have to get the keys from a different location it would be better if they brought us the keys .

Not a bad place to stay, but I expected more.

The location was good, central and very close to a train station. The apartment itself was ok, comfortable although they have the weirdest beds I've ever seen, with a platform around the bed area which makes getting in and out of bed a bit difficult.

The common areas of the apartment block however need serious renovations. The stairs going up to the apartment are uneven, worn away and have holes in them in areas and the common areas are generally very dark and ugly. Also not easy to find your allocated apartment at first as there are no signs as to which floor anything is on.

Trip to Viena

We liked the fact that it was clean. It is close to the subway (U3) and indeed it is placed in a quiet area.

There was a toilet that didn't have soap and on our last two days we ran out of toilet paper which wasn't replaced even though there was someone to do the cleaning. Another issue is that the key has to be picked from somewhere else (in the 16th district which is a bit far)

Nice apartment but lacking some basics

Nice layout for the apartment, the beds were comfortable, everything worked perfectly

The huge thing was going to a completely separate location to pick up the keys, takes so much time! It was also extremely hot in the apartment, the windows only opened a little and there was no fan or AC, making it difficult to sleep! Cleaning service did the bare minimum and we had to request toilet paper! A bit short of space to store luggage, but that is manageable.
